Erica McClurg has served at the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) since 2011, beginning as a Surveyor-Trainer-Supervisor before advancing to Home Care and Hospice Services Manager in 2022. With over 23 years of nursing experience in home care, hospice, and nursing facilities, she brings strong clinical and regulatory expertise to her role. Erica is committed to transparency and open communication with stakeholders, working to make the survey process clear, accessible, and consistently guided. Her leadership emphasizes accountability, quality, and collaborative partnership across Colorado’s home care and hospice community.
