About me
Christine Merriman, MSHA, LNHA, is a Policy Advisor IV with the Colorado Department of
Health Care Policy and Financing (HCPF), serving as a Medicaid Benefits Policy Specialist in
the Office of Community Living. She is a subject matter expert in long-term home health, private
duty nursing, and pediatric personal care benefits policy. Christine brings more than 20 years of
leadership experience in long-term care and home health operations and is a Licensed Nursing
Home Administrator. She holds a Master of Science in Management and Healthcare
Administration and was recognized as HCPF Rookie of the Year and OCL MVP of the Year in
2023.
